This project revitalizes a 30-year-old villa through a comprehensive elevation redesign that fuses Mid-Century modern principles with contemporary architectural expression. The renewed façade introduces clean geometric volumes, strong vertical and horizontal interplay, and a refined material palette that enhances its street presence. A newly added vertical front structure houses a lift, improving accessibility while becoming a defining architectural element. Textured surfaces, screened panels, and integrated greenery create depth and reinforce a connection to nature. Rather than replacing the original character, the design reinterprets it, transforming the aging structure into a timeless, functional, and future-ready villa suited for modern living.
