Deeply recessed balconies sculpt the mass, creating pronounced shadow lines and a dynamic interplay of light throughout the day. Slim metal railings and integrated recessed lighting introduce precision against the textured brick envelope. Subtle vertical slit details enhance the building's perceived height. Planters embedded within balconies soften the geometry, achieving a balanced dialogue between solidity, greenery, and modern architectural restraint.
