Three prominent vertical fins anchor the façade, creating a rhythmic structural cadence while framing recessed balconies within. The softened plastered surfaces contrast with warm timber soffits, enriching depth and tactility. Transparent glass railings maintain visual lightness, allowing uninterrupted continuity across levels. The elevated ground plane subtly lifts the mass, enhancing ventilation and urban presence. Clean lines, controlled proportions, and carefully layered materials establish a refined architectural language that balances solidity with openness, presenting a confident yet understated contemporary expression.
